What is the VibraGenix Return Policy?
Products can be returned within 60 days of the delivery date. There is a 10% restocking fee and you are responsible for repacking the unit in its original packaging and for all return shipping costs. Please call us to arrange for pickup and shipping charges. If damage occurs from the VibraGenix not being properly repacked, the repair cost will be deducted from the refund.
What does the VibraGenix warranty cover?
- Warranty Coverage:
VibraGenix LLC (“VibraGenix”) warrants that its physical goods (the “Products”), when used under normal operating conditions and in accordance with the product’s instructions for use, shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the applicable warranty period specified below (“Warranty Period”). - Warranty Periods:
The applicable Warranty Period begins on the date of original purchase and applies as follows:
- Two (2) Year Warranty applies to the following products:
- VibraGenix Elite
- VibraGenix Fusion
- VibraGenix Sound MedBed
- One (1) Year Warranty applies to all VibraGenix Modality products not specifically listed under the Two-Year Warranty
- Remedy:
During the Warranty Period, VibraGenix will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any Product or component part that proves defective in material or workmanship, at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished and will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer. - Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or improper maintenance
- Cosmetic damage including but not limited to scratches, dents, or fading
- Consumable parts (e.g., filters, batteries, pads) unless found defective upon initial use
- Any product that has been used with non-VibraGenix accessories or in an unauthorized manner
- Warranty Service Process:
To obtain warranty service, the customer must first contact VibraGenix to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. Proof of purchase may be required. Return shipping costs for warranty service may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by VibraGenix. - Limitation of Liability:
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by VibraGenix. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VibraGenix disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. VibraGenix’s total liability under this warranty shall be limited to the original purchase price of the Product.

This list below of Contraindications is not absolute. If one of the conditions listed below applies to you, we advise that you consult with your physician before using the VibraGenix. If you have any known health concerns in addition to this list, consult your physician and advise them you wish to begin a sonic vibration exercise program which vibrates in a vertical plane between 4-50 Hz (vibrations per second) and has an adjustable intensity (amplitude at which the plate vibrates up and down). This variable vertical movement for up to 10 minutes can be equivalent to 1 hour of cardio.
